At Birdies Cabaret Theater and Lounge, our cocktails aren’t just drinks—they’re performances in a glass. Each custom creation is inspired by the strange, the sultry, and the spectacular. Whether it’s a spirit-forward showstopper or a whimsically dark delight, our menu is as eclectic and dramatic as the acts on our stage.


From gin-laced phantoms to bourbon-fueled beauties, every drink tells a story—and you’re the star of the next scene. Step up to the bar, order something curious, and let your taste buds take a bow. If you have an old standard favorite cocktail, we can probably make it for you.  But if you want to branch out and be a little adventurous, why not try some of our speciality cocktails that we crafted just for Birdies?
